HER MUSIC CLUB is a Los Angeles based community and event series created to connect and empower women in music.

Founded in 2018 by Monique Chavez, Her Music Club began as a live event series featuring performances from emerging women artists, DJs, and panels with industry executives. Built with the support and collaboration of many women along the way, including Kate Loesch and Hannah Rosenberg,
what started as one gathering quickly grew into a broader community. It expanded to include intimate events and an online presence designed to spotlight women across all sides of the industry, making career paths more visible and accessible for the next generation.
 
At its core, Her Music Club was built on a simple idea: connection over clout.We believe women in music deserve spaces where titles do not define you. Your voice does.

Through panels, performances, workshops, and community gatherings, we have created environments where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow boldly in their careers.
 
Just as importantly, we prioritize IRL, offline connection, building spaces where women can step away from industry pressures, stay inspired, and genuinely support one another.

After a brief hiatus, Her Music Club is relaunching with a commitment to rebuilding intentional community at a time when connection feels more necessary than ever.
